I recently purchased the Steve Madden women’s oxford flat from DSW. When they first arrived I had to exchange them for another size because, as suggested by reviews, I ordered a half size up and they were too wide. Nevertheless, DSW sent them back to me promptly and they fit better now. I keep imagining everything I’d want to wear with them in the future.
